The National Association of State Foresters (NASF) appreciates the opportunity to submit written public testimony to the House Agriculture Subcommittee on Conservation, Energy and Forestry regarding the reauthorization of the Farm Bill. State Foresters deliver technical and financial assistance, and forest health, water and wildfire protection for more than two-thirds of America’s forests.
